Hold up. We read left to right. Maybe it's red 5, and it's actually a countdown like DEFCON?

Might be getting into the weeds here but my guess if this is the case:

RED6 - SECDEF issues instructions

RED5 - natl. Military communication center (for command once the civilian networks are down) - maybe we are here?

RED4 - self explanatory but may be covered as vax delivery

RED3 - no clue

RED2 - the ten days of darkness predicted

RED1 - POTUS removes Twitter - the company. Theoretically along with other big tech monopolies.

Shooting from the hip and new here but it would make sense to me.
