They weren't dates. They are references to the US constitution. Article II sections 3 and 4.

Your reply is nonsense. I replied to the guy who thought they were dates. They aren't dates. When the SCOTUS rejected the Texas suit due to II.3 the marker was set.

And, NO, I'm not new to the constitution and I didn't say anything about arrests.
