You heard right! The .WIN moderators and programmers are VERY SHORTLY going to make it so that TOP POSTS from the WIN Communities (and there are lots of .WINs—check this list), so let's get in the habit of pumping up our BREAKING NEWS posts so that we can crack into the mainstream!

I'm quite new here, but FWIW, I agree. It makes sense to remove duplicates in one community, but not across communities. Not everyone is going to care about some or any of the others.
