Can someone explain this germantria thing in a way that doesn't sound completely insane?

To me it just seems like a random collection of words or phrases common to pro-trump communities, and arbitrarily groups them with a list of numbers. Then people go and search for a number, find some pro-trump words and phrases, and go "omg something pro-trump is happening!"
