POTUS controls the Treasury, and therefore the Mint and the Fed. The Mint is part of the Treasury. This was a pretty clear signal that hearkens back to the very first week of Q posts, and one of the last. DURHAM.

Also: in the comments someone mentioned that LIBERTY is back on the quarter, after having vanished over 20 years ago.
