Just came out that fire marshal is not allowing any access to AT&T/NSA building due to "safety concerns". Bottom 3 floors and basement, flooded and fire in the battery bank which provides D.C. power to equipment. Gas is still cut off and generators not running due to no natural gas supply. Generators are not dual fuel. Source is WKRN TV, Nashville Web Cast.
