But let's face it, using the military is extreme, and I would imagine that we would want to use every last second of our time possible to prepare people and show them why it's necessary...first...every Last Second!

I had always thought that message was meant for them rather than us.... just look at the way they are trying to create the military narrative now and a few months back during the‘peaceful protests’ ...;)

Other than that I can see the military legal system being used on some occasions..
