I really don't want Pence to be a bad guy for some reason. But the guy was friends with Jeff Flake and Elijah Cummings, so there's that. If this has been planned for a very long time, does anyone think it's possible that Pence is a Donny Brasco type figure? I sometimes think that about Comey too. His stuff seems too cartoonish to me to be real. "I did that so they would appoint a special counsel!" "I leaked it to my friend at the Washington Post!" Who with his background would say something like that?

Don't know Timothy Holmseth stuff. The problem with all of it is there is, by definition, so much deception on both sides because they are trying to deceive each other. We get caught in the middle trying to decipher. Not sure if we will ever fully know who was good, bad, or not that bad but blackmailed, etc.
