Found this on twitter. Claims to being attacked by DS. I have heard his name before but really cant put my finger on how or what I have heard.

(Read his post #46, 47) Poster of the news mention Drones attacking Binney's house with DEWs , but Binney was cautious and said he would not say it was DEWs until he has scientific evidence.
