And, free college tuition? I'm from California. I had free college tuition. They make up the money through other means.... my costs for text books alone far outpaced any tuition fees. Book buybacks were pennies on the dollar. Classes updated their text book requirements every semester. For example, a $750 textbook for BioChem in 1st semester was not acceptable for the second semester even though the subject matter was inclusive for the 2nd semester by the professors own admission. Multiply that by 4 for each advanced class then again by 3 for three semesters. My school loan was for needed for books and supplies. Tuition was below $1000 for 16 units. Free tuition is as much of a slap in the face as the $600 tax deferral cleverly marketed as assistance. Just more debt to the American tax payer for some politicians' families to collect kickbacks. Wouldnt it be interesting to see who benefits from $750 single semester textbooks?
He won't be conceding. He'll be capitulation.
