As it stands, I don't think he will do it. But if info comes out and even more important, if some of the state legislatures show a backbone in wanting to de-certify, then Pence will have the ammo to support the move.

And he does not need to accept the alternate elector slates - I think all he needs to do is disqualify those states so that neither candidate gets to 270 and then it goes to the House and 12th Amendment.
