Well, you can’t know anything about them if they remain unidentifiable (UFO). If you have found one, it is no longer a UFO because you know what it is, even if you don’t know who’s it is, how it works, or where it came from. So my guess a public disclosure on UFOs would be similar to a Barr report on election fraud; they don’t exist unless we look for them.
