I swear carbs are deadly when you have diabetes. Insulin is poison but necessary. The less you need, the better off you'll be. Ted talks has some good diabetes talks. Our family dealt with it a decade. He just wouldn't stop eating the wrong shit. He lost 70 pounds just before he was diagnosed. Take care of yourself!

If you really think about it, if you wanted to take over a nation like America that's armed to the teeth, you would have to do decades upon decades of subversion. And then you would need an army when you were ready to go. Now, what are you gonna do? I propose that you use Sigmund Freud's psychology to completely undermine the character of a future generation. So that generation will be completely ready, with the lack of self discipline and the mindset to be your army. I think the rabbit hole goes all the way back to the dawn of time.
