That echos my thinking. Trump and the Patriots are doing everything by Constitutional rules. That would be making a mockery of it.
Unless the idea is to use that to initiate a state by state count. That requires a lot of trust in the congressional reps to actually represent their states, and not the cabal.
It is. But who delivers it? A state delegation, or one of the state's representatives?
I have wondered this also, people seem to be of the impression it's almost "automatic" based on the delegation, and I have also wondered "who" actually delivers the vote.
