If Game Theory is a part of the Q team planning, then using a quantum computer makes sense. I do think that the team is completely human, a few military intelligence folks, a civilian or two, plus Q+ whom we all know to be POTUS, fewer than 10 in all.... and that at least two different team members have posted Q drops (discernible by two different writing styles), but if they do have access to quantum computing, that would answer a lot of questions about prediction accuracy and out-maneuvering the enemy.
