I heard arrests have been happening for a while now, GITMO is full, and they now have loads of confessions, all on analog so no accusations of CGI. They are replacing many with doubles and clones until the public can be awakened without the shock and disbeleif that would promt civil war. (If you can order a clone of your dog right now, you gotta know they've been cloning people for years).

Plus some have been flipped (Haspel) after arrest and are now cooperating.

It should all come out soon, but I'm guessing not until AFTER Trump is confirmed.
