If you watch the zoomed out version, one of her "guards" in left frame is definitely keeping his eyes on her, and as she has this episode and people surround her, he appears to reach for his service weapon..

Ive said several times that this was the day that Hilary was arrested. I had never noticed her hands behind her back though, this was an interesting video, thank you for sharing.
