I do not know if any of this is related to that IP address you mentioned, or how I can check - just a strange lot of companies opened 2010 onwards and no accounts filed for them all in the same building and listed as connected to BH Transition.

I am just not sure if it is normal to have so many companies with no accounts filed etc. but I tried to see what BH Transition would bring up. This is what I found with the google search:-
