Hear me out. This has been one of the biggest quotes by Q that has been thrown around a lot being tied to meanings or situations. IMHO, I believe the actual reference was referring to NK and the water mural behind Kim. Look at Q post 765 and then one month later 846 and 847. Search post with Watch the water. Im not sure which post #s have the murals. Look at those murals and notice the water. It went from stormy to calm. What does it signify?

Now, I am not trying to take away from this post. I think its quite ironic. I'm not saying that 'watch the water doesn't have more meanings. I just wanted to throw that out there because people quote this comment by Q so much in their reasoning.
