Tony Heller explains it all very well and is on YT (most of the time he is hidden), Tony is an awesome science guy that studied under Bill Gray Most Awesome Climate Scientist. When Bill Gray left NOAA (later on he died) the historical charts started changing and the climate hysteria took off.
