That he took 400 million from the 14 pallots of cash he sent for Iran, and sent it over to a whole bunch of accounts world wide, and this is what funded all the efforts against Trump.

He colluded with the PM of Italy and cooked up the scheme. Apparently, they have all the money traced, where it went etc and it seems they have affidavits of people involved in the scheme.
