Wait wait wait. RED2 mentioned central communication blackout.

We got info a few days ago of a geomagnetic storm supposedly coming today or anytime soon.

POTUS' Twitter is now locked, and possibly removed in the near future, meaning we would cross RED1....

If the storm knocks out the communication, instead of the military doing it.. Can they plan this any better?

RED2 is happening even as we speak. Even mods on this TD are saying that they are in thin ice and their provider might kick this off any time.
