RED 2, almost RED1?

Is it possible it is actually RED2, central communications blackout since trump technically isn't removed from the platform yet?

Maybe RED2 means he won't be able to communicate with the American people and then they give him enough flags on Twitter to finally remove and go to RED1?

@TwitterSafety said his account is suspended for 12 hours and if he doesn’t permanently delete the tweets in question, his account will be permanently removed. So to me it sounds like RED1 is actively happening. I think RED2 will be a bit more dramatic than just Trump not being able to tweet, unfortunately.

I'm old enough to remember when a court ruled it was unconstitutional for Trump to block people on twitter. Apparently suspending him is perfectly legal?
