Those legislators that certify the vote “knowingly” understanding that the election was in violation of the Constitution are also violating their oaths of office and are committing treason! Think about that when it comes to military tribunals and the fact that we are technically under a state of war (Kavanaugh hearings) as well as a national state of emergency!

IMO, the election was illegal/unconstitutional therefore this certification of the EC vote is illegal/unconstitutional and everybody who is participating in it is guilty of violating their Constitutional oaths of office they just took a couple of days ago. Treason on their part.
God’s hand is here— pray
Stop watching and then read the comments later on . It helps buffer it.
Enjoy. The. Show.
WTF - after all that Trump has done for her. What am I missing with this lady?
Especially the Senate. These are statewide offices. The DS has a stronger grip on who can run for them.
I never really trusted him...
I pray the roaches run into the light
A military tribunal is the best we can hope for at this point. But wait, the EC is going to approve the election of creepy joe and kamel toe. Whatever comes after that, is moot. Even if everybody you want gets caught committing treason, the president has been chosen. Who gets to be the prez? Not our guy, nobody but the people want him. And we don’t matter. We are but slaves to the system. Trump em?
It is illegal for a person who has been convicted of treason to be inaugurated as president, even if the electoral college confirmed him.
No...POTUS is still President.
Until inaugurated, a person isn't president.
Biden isn't president after tonight (and will never be, either).
Yea, no, these people are not going to be charged with treason, may get kicked out of office (except Dems). But nothing is going to happen but a slap on the wrist.
True, but evidence has been presented to the state legislatures and its available in the public domain. In my opinion, refusal to hear the evidence doesn’t get you off the hook in congress or the courts.
You may wrong on this...
