I'm not saying she wasn't a FF, but if she was already dead the intubation angle wouldn't matter. I have to watch the video again to see if they were faking the chest compressions. You don't do REAL chest compressions on someone who is alive or faking.
What I saw looked like she was moving and no CC. And position of neck and jaw would still matter because life saving efforts must continue until an MD calls time of death.
Watching again, there is no way those were real CC. The guy's elbows wer bending and her chest wasn't moving..and that wasn't a small dude doing the "compressions". And she was "shot in the neck" but had no rigid collar on to prevent further damage to the spine, vasculature, and/or soft tissue?
She was looking right at the camera with her knobs exposed for all to see...all for dramatic effect.
