I tried to look into this, too. I could tell that the third from right is his other post about the man in the speaker's chair raising the fist and the cameraman taking his photo from above. My guess is the rest are similar screenshots for posting but I wish I knew which ones.
Last two are what looks like the same profile with black and white German Shepard photo. Second photo is a darker tinted screen.
