I don't know how familiar you are with Q, so you might not spot all the hints, but they're words like seventeen, cue, etc. JFK Jr. didn't give a lot of interviews, and he was careful how he said things, for example he's talking to Larry King in this video, and said

'taking cue from folks like yourself and you'.

read between the lines, who are the 'folks' and he's very deliberate/rehearsed when he says 'cue'...
