President Trump going to use the Insurrection act?

If you were against the President why would you go on the Senate floor and declare that what happened was an insurrection? You just opened the door and agreed the act is now valid. Seriously, how stupid can you be?

Too late. They are not in session anymore. Senate comes back Jan. 19th, the House, Jan. 23rd I think...
