I do think Lin is heavily influenced by Q, but when people put "tard" at the end of a name or word they are implying "retarded" and Lin is anything but retarded.

If Q or Trump or General Flynn suggested I stop paying attention to Lin then I would follow their advice. Other than that, I'll read whatever he has to say and make up my own mind.
