Lin is playing his part. Is he a Drunken Uncle? Is he the carnival barker of this greatest show on Earth? I think he’s definitely a strategic piece of the Info War we are in the midst of. The game of 3 Lies + 1 Truth is to keep the other side off balance.

And yes, I think he has some genuine intel and is publicly daring the guilty to bite back.
