My guess is that the body is real and that the face, head and neck are the deep faked visuals, that would be consistent with deep fakes we’ve seen in the past, and would explain the glitches at the barrier between real and fake.

If they went to all the trouble of a deep fake, they would have had him concede, not dance around pretending to concede without actually doing it.
