The legal avenue is no more about contesting the election result. The legal avenue is now the legal use of the military to ________.

Since it is legal means that it is justified by evidence and follows proper procedure.

I don't dispute that he may/is already using the military. I'm disputing the assumption that the use of military will be illegal because if that were that case, he'd be a hypocrite and will lose in the court of public opinion.
