Scroll to 1:28, the camera does 1 side shot, when it hits 1:45, it goes back to front shot. 17 seconds - 17=Q.

This was definitely deliberate. Compare it to his Dec 22nd video:

Multiple different cuts, I think it was like 4 within the first 2 minutes. He likes the cut-aways or whoever does the editing but the cut in this video was absolutely intentional. He would have cut much more if it was just a "regular" video.
