I think that the smooth transition he is referring to is all his new people coming in because the traitors have been arrested and in jail by the 20th when he is Inaugurated!

God bless president trump, he will serve the next 4 years as the President of the United States, unless he hands the reigns over to General Flynn (though I think Flynn will be his VP)
