This website seems totally useless in that anyone can post. A 12 year old girl in Brazil or a 68 year old man in Russia. Basically nothing here can be seen as valid unless a claim is proved. Even then it can't necessarily be 100% certain in many cases. Is this what is driving people to vandalize a Capital?
