they are claiming the intel community knew about the election fraud

and knew congress knew the vote was a fraud

and knew congress went along with it anyhow

so the DNI / intel people waited for congress to "certify" a vote they knew was fraud

because it makes them even more guilty

that seems to be what this tweet is claiming
