According to this tweet, the DNI was watching the Georgia runoffs and saw the steal in real-time and that was the same pattern to prove the prior events. They have proven that it happened twice and it is in the report.

The report was given after Congress confirmed Biden the winner...meaning they committed treason and it was proven.
