Came here to post this after reviewing.

The goal, and perhaps Lin-dy's goal, is to follow the formula suggested by The Leper. By which I mean propagate the information war (the Butterfly War) in the following way:

  1. Recognize that blackmail exists, and is an asset used especially among the global hegemony.
  2. Seed the notion of "Deep Fakes" into the public conscious (post about it, talk about it, share things that talk about it, etc). 3a. Further seed the notion that deep fakes, or real videos/pictures (the contents of these blackmail assets) exist "out there." 3b. Plug the channels of the protective mechanisms employed by the global hegemony to incite fear.
  3. Instigate a chain reaction, fear-based on the part of the global hegemony potentially affected by the assets leaking out.
  4. Incite infighting and implosion of hegemonic network from within.
