He could be saying that yes, like prepare yourself and your family! Also notice he is surrounded by HIS family at the time he shows it very obviosly! He could be saying he has a red folder for his family and loved ones. I think were onto something here
Thats a good point him being surrounded by family. I had only learned what the red folder was by the website bc it explains it, how its used in military to give to family/spouse when deployed, has all emergency info. And the site being about preparedness they say on based on that military usage of red folder. So potus may not have been saying hey go to this site but knew we'd catch it and start looking and find the meaning somewhere. I like the way you put it simply prepare yourself and family
