I get your point and at first I thought that too, but when I thought about it again, he doesn’t have to say Biden’s inauguration in this instance because it’s implied. Would you expect him to be going to his or Biden’s based on the current state of affairs? He currently doesn’t have an inauguration right now because he didn’t “win”.
