So let me sure I am getting this correct.

"January 20th." from the tweet = 1(January)+2+0 = 3

Then from the time stamp.

1+0+4+4+1(Jan)+8+2+0+2+1 = 23

23+3 = 26

That right? Leaving here for anyone else who may have been confused at first.

That’s correct, should have said including Jan as 1, not excluding, my bad about that!
