By policy every govt computer should absolutely be encrypted. However, we've also got all the bit locker keys. If it's a personal computer then it depends if she even bothered to let people do that to it.
People usually use very predictable passwords, no?

Government computers use a key card inserted into it plus a 6 digit numeric password to log in.
I work for a massive tech company, here people are responsible for their own devices as far as screen savers and timeout screen. However, they're set for 10 mins by default. I think the picture of the active monitor screen would presumably be a desktop computer and chances of having a longer or no time out screen. Shes an old hag who probably only relied on the lock of her door as a means of security. Just my thoughts.
Unless you are in control of the super computer which they are.
