Question for Constitutional anons: this relates to POTUS Tweet re: not attending the inauguration. Is there language that allows for the Inauguration to be delayed past January 20th?

Original inauguration date in constitution was March 4th (12th amendment). It was changed to Jan 20 by the 20th amendment. The change was (according to some) to shorten the time for election contests to be fully heard. This was during FDR’s time. I understand that it may be an unconstitutional date, but haven’t done much research into this issue.
