I believe Adm. Rogers is a big part of the Q Team, he is outside of Govt. service obscure now but has been a critical help with everything in the beginning, he is the first to alert DJT to the nature of the DS. Flynn even when in jail I think had secure communication, he was privy to some of the DS/ BO most secret advance planning, like Rodgers. I don't want to say more than that. Since what I have already said is public info now I don't think it would hinder anything they may be doing right now. Stay Strong
