I have followed Q for 3 yrs and many accounts have posted this exact message many, many times. This is why the message has to come from someone very very close to the President and Trusted by us. Q and Q+ would not leave this task to a person unknow / untrusted by us.
I believe the time is indeed close, but the President or someone very close to him will deliver the message. Not some anonymous twitter poster.

Was posted yesterday and the account has now been purged. I think this was the message.

I know that "wait" is the worst word in the Q community, but I think I'll wait for the President to get it out. Which he will.
