Now what does this mean? Well I will start from RED 1.

First off... We already know Potus twitter got removed.

RED2 could be taken at face value, it could also be taken as some metaphor. Either there is a literal communications blackout all over the continental US, or something like everyone's twitter being suspended. In my opinion since it specifically mentions central communications, it is referring to something more literal rather than metaphorical. If Q predictions are true, expect some huge literal blackout.

That being said though. It is fascinating that it only applies to "continential US" which in short from my casual research means USA with the exception of Hawaii and I presume other colonies and territories too obscure for me to know and bother to research. I am just mentioning this so maybe some Anons can dig deeper. Would anyone know if Hawaii or some other colony/territory which might technically be part of USA has any importance to this movie?

RED3 has the elusive term "CLAS" in it. Now, this is where my knowledge is lacking and if someone on this site disputes my interpretation and provides evidence of the correct interpretation then I will edit my post. But CLAS when used by Q from what I know refers to Classified stuff. Either classified information which requires a specific level of clearance or CLAS being a substitute for the word Classified. But like I said, I have no fucking clue what this word means. I tried searching it up but nobody gives proper answers. The closest I could get to was in a random facebook post where somebody claims that the term CLAS 1-99 which is used a lot in Q's posts means a level of classified info that only top level security clearance can get.

RED4 has the term "MIL" which is used as a direct substitute for the word Military. I know this because Q uses it that way, for example in this post referring to "Military Intelligence" https://8kun.top/qresearch/res/8056796.html#8057064

So it translates to "Movement of Military Assets". We also know it means Military because "10th Mountain" refers to the 10th mountain division.

As for CPSD , I fucking forgot. There was a post on this website who actually found out about what the acronym stands for. But I fucking forgot. It is supposed to refer to some 4 word command or something which has "Citizen" or "Citizens" in it.
