Complacent? Not at all. It's just that going on a rampage and destroying stuff does not help anybody. Who are you going to target anyways? One of the politicians we see on the front? You do realize when you take out one head, another will pop up in no time to replace it, right? And plus, the people we know about aren't the real bosses. We don't even know who actually pulls the strings behind the scenes. Only Trump does.
