I'm on the east coast and go to work at 6:30am. There's a distinct lack of news for the first 3-4 hours of my day.
After Wednesday's shitshow and not much from Trump on Thursday, I was feeling REALLY bummed this morning. So much so that I couldn't get any work done today (manufacturing engineer). I was listening to Warroom at 10:00am and Bannon and Raheem are talking about 2024 and the Patriot movement and I'm thinking, "Do you assholes realize that with 3 branches of government under their control and a successfully stolen election, any movements that seek to challenge them are dead in the water?". I had to shut Warroom off.
Finally I had enough. Unplugged, left work @ 11:00, grabbed a bite to eat and took my pistol and AR to the range and shot for an hour. Between lunch, the range, and travel, I went completely dark from news and social media for 3 hours.
End result? Found Thomas Wictor (he quit YouTube) on QuodVerum and recharged my batteries. Trump's suspension from Twitter was the cherry on top. I'm as excited as ever.
If you're having a crisis of faith, please reach out to your brothers here or just unplug for a few hours. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having doubt or feeling depressed. The only thing that's wrong is doing nothing about it.
Doubt and cynicism are a tunnel, not a cave. We'll get through it together.
Love this!
