Ok so the general consensus here is that the January 20th inauguration will be delayed

How would that work exactly? From my research, the 20th amendment is pretty ironclad. Even in the state of an emergency, the president’s term ends at 12 noon on January 20th.

Even if its delayed for whatever reason, Pelosi would be acting president. The only way the inauguration can be delayed is by Congress which I don’t think that will happen.

I want to understand this because while I do truly 100% believe Trump will be president, I need to understand the time frame to a certain degree in order to prepare accordingly. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I would say the general consensus is that if you try to put a date on something, count on that not working out.

This has been my view since November 4th. Because I was SURE Trump would win. Biden "winning" makes total sense now, though. So I'm just gonna watch the show.
