Red2 and Red1 seem to have taken place simultaneously. I don't know, maybe the "continental united states" was disinfo to throw us (and the bad guys) off? Since that wording made us all think this would be a blackout of internet service transmission, since it specified location. Not simply cutting off all comms between the campaign and the people.
